Last Will and Testament of
John S. Collis of Trinity
Trader deceased.
This is the last will and Testament of me John
Sabbin Collis of Trinity in the Island of Newfoundland Trader. In
the first place I desire that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses
be paid out of my estate.
Secondly I give devise and bequeath to my
wife Sarah Collis and assigns for ever all property both real and personal
of which I may die possessed of to which I may hereafter be entitled and also
any amount of money or property that may be come due to me. I hereby appoint
Sarah Collis executrix to this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof
I have hereunto set and subscribed my hand and seal at Trinity in the Island
aforesaid this day May the Fourth in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and eighty five. (Sgd) John Sabbin Collis (LS) Signed Sealed published
and declared by the Testator John Sabbin Collis in presence of us who in his
presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. (Sgd)

I certify the foregoing to be a correct
