Will of John Collins In re John Collins deceased St. John's, Newfoundland, October 27th 1854. The last will and testament of John Collins of Old Perlican Trinity Bay in the Island of Newfoundland. I give and leave to my five sons James Collins, Terence Collins, William Collins, Thomas Collins & Joseph Collins, and Elizabeth Collins, Matilda Collins and Ann Collins,
my daughters, all my property real & personal. And it is my will
and desire that all my property, land, money, goods, cattle and all
pertaining to me, shall be equally divided amongst my eight children
each sharing alike. That I appoint James Collins & Terence Collins my sons to be the Executors to this my last will. John his X mark Collins. Certified correct
