Will of John Collins In re This is the last will and Testament of me John Collins of Catalina, Newfoundland in the County of made this Nineteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five. I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my daughters Ida Jane Collins and I give and
bequeath unto my daughters Ida Jane and Anna
Belle Collins my dwelling
house and its contents and land on which my house is erected, and my
land with wharf and store on the South Side of the Main Road, also
my land on the North Side of the main Road consisting of a garden and
Stable I desire that my daughter Ida Jane Collins shall have the South-West
half of my dwelling house and my daughter Anna Belle shall have the
North-East half of the said house. I also desire and direct that my wife
Harriet Collins shall be permitted to occupy my said
house conjointly with my said daughters until her death, and my said
wife shall have charge of my house till her death - JOHN COLLINS. Signed by the said Testator John Collins in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
