Will of Philip Collier
This is the Last will and Testament of
me Philip Collier fisherman farmer Cod Roy in the District
of St. Georges Newfoundland I hereby revoke all wills
and Testamentary instruments heretofore by me made. I appoint my nephew
Ambrose Parsons now living with me to be the Executor
of this my will. I direct my executor to pay my just Debts and Funeral
and Testamentary expenses I give and bequeath to my nephew
Ambrose Parsons my dwelling House as it stands with
all furniture and everything in my said dwelling House absolutely I give and bequeath, to my nephew Ambrose
Parsons all my land situated
and lying in Cod Roy Village all Barns Stores, and fish Houses, all my
land situated and lying at Shoal Point all my land situated and lying
at Cross Marsh all my cattle and sheep absolutely
