Will of William Coleman from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 600 probate year 1929

In re     DECEASED.
William Coleman.

I William Coleman of Bay Bulls fisherman do make publish and declare this as my last will and testament hereby revoking all other and former wills. I appoint my wife Sarah Coleman to be the executor of this my will directing her as soon as possible after my death to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.

I give devise and bequeath to my wife my dwelling house with land attached for her sole use and benefit.

I give devise and bequeath to my wife that piece or parcel of land situate at Bay Bulls and bounded as follows; on East by land belonging to George Coleman and on South by Public Road also that piece of land situated at Bay Bulls and bounded as follows on East side by land belonging to James Coleman and on West side by Public Road for her sole use and benefit.

I give devise and bequeath unto my wife my horse two sheep for her sole use and benefit.

I give devise and bequeath unto my wife my interest in my 3 H. P. Acadia Motor Engine which interest amounts to one half value of same for her sole use and benefit.

I give devise and bequeath unto my wife my interest in my Motor Boat which interest amounts to one half its value for her sole use and benefit.

The rest residue and remainder of all property of which I may die possessed I give devise and bequeath to my wife for her sole use and benefit.

In witness whereof I have subscribed my hand in Bay Bulls this 28th day of June A.D. 1927.
