Will of Philip Cole This will is also recorded, with the addition of comments in the
margin, in volume 8 page 99 probate year 1906. In re I hereby leave to my wife Elizabeth Cole my dwelling house situated on Dunford Street & also all furniture & cooking utensils while she remains a widow & iff she don't marry untill after her death when my said dwelling house shall be equally divided between my two sons John Cole & Uriah Cole & also said furniture & cooking utensils I also request that my two sons John Cole & Uriah Cole shall support & clothe my wife Elizabeth Cole to her death & also my daughter Susannah Cole until such time as said Susannah Cole may marry I request that my two sons John Cole & Uriah Cole shall pay ground rent & insurance on said house while in possession of said Elizabeth Cole. Ground situated by Whiteways Pond, Torbay I leave to my wife Elizabeth Cole to do has she sees fit with it. Philip his x mark Cole Certified Correct (Listed in the margin next to this will)
