    ELIZABETH CODNER.     DECEASED.

I, Elizabeth Codner widow of Charles Albert Codner of Torbay, Nfld do make and execute my Last Will & testament.
I appoint James V. Cole sole executor of this my will.
Of my money in the Bank of Montreal, St. John's I give and bequeath fifty dollars to my grandchild Ethel Codner, fifty dollars to my grandchild Violet Codner, and fifty dollars to St Nicholas Church Torbay, for a memorial to my late husband and myself- such memorial to be at the discretion of the Rector. The balance of my money is to be divided equally between my two sons William & Alan.
To my son Alan I give and bequeath the following; my bedstead and spring my feather bed, and my Irish- Chain quilt.
To my son William I give and bequeath the following; my mattress, counterpane, two large pillows, and two small pillows.
All my bedclothes not otherwise disposed of is to be equally divided between my two sons Alan and William.
    In witness whereof I the testatrix have set my hand this twenty second day of February 1928.

Signed as and for the last will and testament of the Testatrix in our presence, who in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses.
