Will of Nicholas Joseph Coady In re This is the last will of me Nicholas Joseph Coady of Saint John’s, Grocer. I give and bequeath to my father the sum of one hundred dollars. I give and bequeath to my sister Bessie the sum of Fifty dollars. I bequeath to my executors in trust to apply the same for Masses for the repose of my soul the sum of one hundred dollars. I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate to my wife absolutely. I direct that none of my wife’s relatives are to be taken into my business or benefitted in any way under this my will. I appoint James J. O’Brien of Saint John’s, Grocer, and Henry J. Brownrigg of the same place, Grocer, executors of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this 23rd day of October A.D. 1914. Nicholas J. Coady. Signed by the said Nicholas Joseph Coady as his last will in the presence of us, who in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses James J. O’Brien. Henry J. Brownrigg. John Fenelon. (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
