I give and bequeath to my son in law Michael Keefe (after my wife decease) this house and furniture situated in Hutching's Street provided he pays the yearly ground rent of seven pounds ten shillings to the estate of Hutchings. The north east house to Thomas Coady and the south west house to my wife Johanna Coady.
And Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my son Thomas Coady and Patrick Wadden to be the executors of this my will hereby revoking all other wills, legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty. (Sgd) Lawrence Coady. Signed Sealed and declared by the said Testator as his last will and Testament in the presence of us. Witnesses (sgd) John J. Harvey (sgd) John Flinn.
