Will of Thomas Cleary Last will and Testament of The last will and testament
of Thomas Cleary Farmer of Bay Roberts, Conception Bay Newfoundland.
In the name of God Amen I Thomas Cleary being now sick in bodily health
but of perfect mind, do make my last will and Testament I give and bequeath
to my five sons, Thomas, Patrick Richard, William and Daniel twenty acres
of land (called the inside land) to be divided equally amongst them.
Out of fourteen acres of land called the outside land I give to my said
sons Thomas, Patrick, Richard William and Daniel
Cleary two acres each.
The remaining four acres I give to my wife Anastatia Cleary and my son
Michael Cleary to be divided equally amongst them. To my son Thomas
Cleary I give the small garden to the east of my dwelling house. I give my dwelling
house to my sons Thomas and William:
but my wife is to have a room in said dwelling house. My cellar is to
be included with the dwelling house. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Thomas Cleary deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
