In re     DECEASED.
    LESLIE KENRICK CLARK.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me LESLIE KENRICK CLARK of 41 Hewitt Road London NW 3. Journalist I appoint my wife Christine Vernon Clark to be the sole executrix of this my will I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and whereso ever unto my said wife Christine Vernon Clark absolutely but in the event of my said wife predeceasing me or dying at the same time then I appoint my friend James Lennox Bradley of 56 Queens Garden Bayswater executor and trustee of this my will and guardian of my infant children And I give devise and bequeath to the said James Lennox Bradley all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever Upon trust to sell call in and collect the same and out of the moneys arising thereby and all other moneys forming part of my estate to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and to invest the nett proceeds in any of the investments for the time being authorized by law for the investment of trust funds And to hold the same and the income thereof in trust for all my children or any my child who being sons or a son attain the age of twenty five years or being daughters of a daughter attain that age or marry and if more than one in equal shares
And I declare that he said James Lennox Bradley shall have full power to pay and apply the income of my estate for the maintenance education and advancement of my said children with power in his absolute discretion to resort to the capital should the income of my estate not be sufficient for the purpose IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 24th day of March one thousand nine hundred and twenty three - LESLIE KENRICK CLARK - Signed by the testator Leslie Kenrick Clark as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses -

GRACE CURTIS 4 Chester Street Stratton Nr Cirencester Glos Domestic.
THIS IS A CODICIL to the before written will of me LESLIE KENRICK CLARK In the event of the nett annual income of my estate exceeding the sum of five hundred and twenty pounds I direct the said James Lennox Bradley out of such excess of income to pay to my mother Mrs Fanny Clark of 8 Bassett road Ladbroke Grove until her death an annual sum not exceeding two hundred and sixty pounds and on the death of my father in law Augustus Houghton Townley I direct the said James Lennox Bradley to pay his widow Nancy Townley the annual sum of two hundred and sixty pounds provided that the excess of income is sufficient for that purpose after payment of the annuity to my mother I give and bequeath to the said James Lennox Bradley the sum of five hundred pounds absolutely on his proving my will IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 27th day of March one thousand nine hundred and twenty three - LESLIE KENRICK CLARK - Signed by the testator LESLIE KENRICK CLARK as and for a codicil to his last will and testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses -
