Will of James Clark from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 347 probate year 1928 In re DECEASED. THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me JAMES CLARK of St. John's Laborer,
hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made. After the
payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise
and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ellen all the property of every description
both real and personal and wheresoever situate of which I may die possessed.
Signed by the said testator as and for his last will in our presence who in
his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses. (the same having been first read over and
explained) CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
