In re JOHN CHURCHILL.      DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, John Churchill, of St. John's, Carpenter. I give devise and bequeath all property of every description of which I may die possessed to my wife, Clementina Churchill. I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will.
In Witness Whereof I, have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John's aforesaid this twentieth day of April, Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty one. JOHN CHURCHILL.
Signed Published and Declared by the said Testator in the presence of us, both present at the same time, who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses. FRED R. EMERSON     BEATRICE GOODLAND.
