IN RE.                DECEASED

GEOREGE CHURCHILL

Know all men by these Presents
That I George Churchill of Portugal Cove Conception Bay being very ill but of sound mind do make this my last will and testament I demise and bequeath to my late nephews sons namely To George Churchill and Andrew Churchill my house cellar and cabbage garden situated under the hearts Hill to be equally divided and to the said George Churchill my trunk and bed to them and their heirs for ever.
Given under my hand this 13th day of July one thousand eight hundred and ninety three.
I appoint Mrs Mary Ann Churchill executor to this my last will and testament.
