Will of Charles Christopher, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 220 probate year 1930 IN RE. DECEASED CHARLES CHRISTOPHER This is the last will and testament of me Charles Christopher of Blackhead fisherman hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at anytime made after the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth all my property of every description of which I may die possessed during the period of her natural life and upon her death to my nephew James Fitzgerald. I appoint my said wife Elizabeth executrix of this my said last will and testament.
