Last Will and Testament of
John F. Chisholm late of
St. John's Stationer, deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me John Forbes Chisholm of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Stationer and Bookseller. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto my wife, Elizabeth Hay Chisholm, absolutely. And I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will and revoke all previous wills by me at any time heretofore made, and declare this writing to be my last will and Testament. In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand this twenty first day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven. John F. Chisholm. Signed by the said John Forbes Chisholm, the testator, in the presence of us, present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses. A.
