from Newfoundland will books volume 10 page 288 probate year 1914

In re
      ELIZABETH H. CHISHOLM       deceased.

      This is the last will of me Elizabeth H. Chisholm of St. John’s Widow I bequeath to my brother David the amount due by him to me under mortgage and direct that the same shall be released by my executor.     I bequeath to each of the three children of my brother David a Government debenture for $250.00.    All the rest of my property and estate I bequeath to my sister Agnes.    I appoint my brother in law Daniel Monroe executor of this my will.    Dated the 3rd day of December 1914.     E.H. Chisholm.    Witnesses D. Morison.     D. Monroe.
