Also that the field south of the stable and the field on which the stable stands running down to the pond shall be divided between my four sons John, Allan, Joseph and Arthur and my beloved wife to have a share with them as long as she remains a widow. Also that my cow shall belong to my son Allan and my bullock shall if I die be sold to pay for my burial. My sheep shall be divided, one ewe to Robert one to John and one to Allan and two ewe lambs one of them to Joseph and one to my daughter Elizabeth. My dwelling house shall be the joint property of my wife and all my children as long as they remain single and have no houses of their own. If my wife marries again she shall have no further claim on my house or anything of furniture in it.
