    CHARLES T. CHAUNCEY.

This is the last will and testament of me Charles T. Chauncey of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, Grocer.
First. I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time made.
Second. I appoint my wife Phoebe J. M. Chauncey the executrix of this my said will.
Third. I give and bequeath the following legacies, namely, To Maggie Noseworthy, wife of Joseph Noseworthy, of St. John's aforesaid the sum of fifty dollars. To my brother William Chauncey the sum of Four Hundred Dollars and to Maggie Chauncey, wife of my brother Lloyd Chauncey the sum of two hundred dollars.
Fourth. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate after paying all my just debts, funeral testamentary expenses, death duties, and other taxes I give and bequeath to my said wife for her absolute use and benefit for ever.
    In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 14^th day of March 1928.
