March Day 5, 1812 This is the will and Power of Mr. ROBERT TUCKER in Bro[de?] Cove MANUEL TUCKER the half of the Fishing Skiff And one tird of the Rom and the rest of the Room Hoose and Medders and all the grown Bed and Bedding Belongs to the Mother ANN TUCKER and after hur Deceas it to belongs to MICHEL and RICHARD TUCKER. WILLIAM ROBERT THOMAS JOHN ELIZABETH Five Pounds a Pise. And all the Cattle and all the Money Belongs to the Mother and MICHEL and RICHARD TUCKER. Witness PHILIP NEARY These are to Certify that the above is a true Copy of the Original. TIM [?illegible] JAMES BLAIKIE We the undersigned do agree that the property left by our late Father ROBERT TUCKER of Broad Cove in Conception Bay deceased, shall be divided in manner and form following; that is to say, that ANN TUCKER, Relict of the aforesaid ROBERT TUCKER deceased shall have all the Cattle and Meadow Ground and one Hundred and forty pounds Stirling in money, that WILLIAM TUCKER, ROBERT TUCKER, THOMAS TUCKER, JOHN TUCKER and ELIZABETH TAPP shall have fifty pounds sterling each in money, and that EMANUEL TUCKER, MICHAEL TUCKER and RICHARD TUCKER shall have the Fishing Room in Broad Cove with all the articles belonging to it and the Skiff Punts and Craft belonging to the Fishery and one hundred pounds in money to be equally divided between the said EMANUEL MICHAEL and RICHARD TUCKER; and we further agree that the said EMANUEL TUCKER, MICHAEL TUCKER, and RICHARD TUCKER shall have the meadow Ground at the decease of ANN TUCKER by paying unto WILLIAM TUCKER, ROBERT TUCKER, THOMAS TUCKER, JOHN TUCKER and ELIZABETH TAPP the sum of ten pounds sterling each.
