I Clement Noel of Harbor Grace Planter do hereby acknowledge that I stand justly indebted to Messes Nuttall Crawley & Co of Harbor Grace Merchants in the sum of seventy three pounds twelve shillings ??? for supplies furnished me the past seasons as by their acct. appears and it being inconvenient for me at present to pay the amount. I do hereby assign over from me my heirs &c to them their heirs & assigns my interest of the plantation whereon I reside at the South side of Harbor Grace as a security for the full amount after which said debt being discharged this instrument shall be null & void but otherwise to remain in full force & virtue. Done in Harbor Grace this 11th Oct. 1816 The foregoing is a true copy taken from the original obligation Bond recorded here at the bequest of the within Mr Nuttall Crawly & Co. This twelfth day of October one thousand eight hundred and sixteen being first duly exhitited
