of the Borough of Berwick upon-Tweed, Bankers and Partners, intend to meet on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th Days of May last, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon on each Day, at the Turk's Head in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in order to receive the Proof of the Debts under the said Commission.

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Charles Lewis Lund of the Old Jewry, in the City of London, Factor, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 26th Day of April instant, at Twelve o'Clock at Noon, at Guildhall, London, in order to receive the Proof of the joint debts of George Greenwood, Charles Lewis Lund, and Samuel Brewerton East, of the Old Jewry aforesaid, Factors and Copartners, trading under the Firm of Thomas Greenwood and Co. under the said Commission, pursuant to an Order of the Right Honourable the Lord High Chancellor, obtained for that purpose.

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Samuel Brewerton East, of the Old Jewry, in the City of London, Factor, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 26th of April instant, at Twelve at Noon, at Guildhall, London, in order to receive the Proof of the Joint Debts of George Greenwood, Charles Lewis Lund, and Samuel Brewerton East, of the Old Jewry aforesaid, Factors and Copartners, reading under the Firm of Thomas Greenwood and Co. under the said Commission, pursuant to an order of the Right Honourable the Lord High Chancellor, obtained for that purpose.

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against James Carew, late of the City of Bristol, Merchant, Broker, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on Wednesday the 11th Day of May next, at Twelve at Noon, at the Bush Tavern, Corn-Street, Bristol, in order to proceed to the Choice of an assignee or Assignees of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt, in the Room of John Franklyn, of the City of Bristol aforesaid, Iron-Merchant, deceased, and John Newell, late of the same City, Merchant, (a Bankrupt) two of the late Assignees; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, and, with those who have already proved their Debts, vote in such Choice accordingly.

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Lawrence Able, of Dean-Street, in the Parish of Saint Ann, within the Liberty of Westminster, in the County of Middlesex, Victualler, intend to meet on the 26th Day of April instant, at One of the Clock in the Afternoon, at Guildhall, London, (by Adjournment from the 16th Day of April instant,) in order to take the Last Examination of the said Bankrupt; when and where he is required to surrender himself, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, and finish his Examination; and the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, and, with those who have proved their Debts assent to or dissent from the Allowance of his Certificate.

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Hickman, late of Northampton, Linen-Draper, Dealer, and Chapman, intend to meet on the 30th of April instant, at One o'Clock in the Afternoon, at Guildhall, London, (by Adjournment from the 16th Day of April instant,) in order to take the Last Examination of the said Bankrupt; when and here he is required to surrender himself, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, and finish his Examination; and the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, and, with those who have already proved their Debts, assent to or dissent from the Allowance of his Certificate.

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Samuel Davis, of Bury-Street, Saint Mary Ann, in the City of London, Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 24th of April instant, at Ten in the Forenoon, at Guildhall, London, (by Adjournment from the 16th Day of April instant,) to take the Last Examination of the said Bankrupt; when and where he is required to surrender himself and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, and finish his Examination; and the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, and with those who have proved their Debts, assent to or dissent from the Allowance of his Certificate.

The Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt, bearing Date the 10th Day of February 1807, awarded and issued against Joseph Prior, of Princes-Street, Spitalfields, in the County of Middlesex, Drysalter, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 5th of Juicy next, at One in the Afternoon, at Guildhall, London, to make a Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt, bearing date the 30th of April 1807, awarded and issued forth against William Cranston, of Drury-Lane, in the County of Middlesex, Currier and Leather-Seller, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 9th Day of Juicy next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, at Guildhall, London, (by Adjournment from the 16th Day of April instant,) in order to make a Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded to the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt, bearing Date the 26th of March 1806, awarded and issued forth against George Beddoes, of Bishop's Castle, in the County of Salop, Tanner, intend to meet on the 10th Day of May next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the Cattle Inn, in Bishop's Castle aforesaid, in order to make a Final Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt, bearing date the 26th Day of May 1807, awarded and issued forth against John White, of Birmingham, in the County of Warwick, Taylor, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 11th day of May next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the White Hart Inn, in Digbeth, in Birmingham aforesaid, in order to make a Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and when the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to proved the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.

The Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt, bearing Date the 26th Day of January 1805, awarded and issued forth against Edward Wells, of the City of Oxford, Liquor-Merchant, intend to meet on the 10th Day of May next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the Crown and Thistle Inn, in Abingdon, in the County of Berks, in order to make a Final Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.

The Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt, bearing Date the 15th Day of July 1806, awarded and issued forth against John Harding, of Abingdon, in the County of berks, Bookseller and Stationer, intend to meet on the 10th Day of May next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the Crown and Thistle Inn, in Abingdon aforesaid, in order to make a Final Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.
