Andrew Malone

 

In the name of God Amen I Andrew Malone of Bonavista being of perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testement herebye revoking all previous wills
??? After my funeral expenses and all my just debts are discharged I leave and bequeath unto James Saunders my silver watch also to May or Mary Allen I give six silver teaspoons also I give unto the seven children (including the above two) of my late sister Mary Saunders of Greenspond and Andrew Malone ??? of my late brother Michael Malone all my property and money, lands or goods tobe devided in eight equal parts share and share alike.
In testimony where of I have here on set my hand and affixed my seal in Bonavista Newfoundland this fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine and I also appoint my good friends Samson Mifflin and Joseph Brown as executors to this my last will and testiment in the presence of us onto we have fixed our names.

We Samuel Mifflin and Joseph Brown of Bonavista do make oath on the Holy Evangelist that the foegoing instrument of writing is the Will and testement of Andrew Malone whose name and seal are thereonto fixed and that they have know knowledge of whatsoever of any subsequent will of the said Andrew Malone deceased.

Transcriber notes

Humber Green was baptized in Trinity in 1763 son of John and Agnes Green

Joseph Brown was the son of William Brown Esq. and Mary and he died in Bonavista in December of 1819
