I hereby agree to make over all my right, title and interest that I hold in a Boat in which Isaac Butler & George Coombs hold one third each with myself unto Patten Graham & Co. in consideration of my owing them the said Patten & Co. for supplies granted me this year of which there remains due the sum of twenty eight pounds eighteen shillings and two pence sterling.

As witness my hand in Bareneed this first day of October 1815.
