In consideration of a debt due to Patten Graham Co. of twenty six pounds 4/7 I hereby make over until said debt is paid up all my right, title and interest that I hold in a fishing Room now in my occupancy and situated in Kelligrews on the South Shore, Conception Bay with all buildings thereon consisting of the house I live in, a stage and every necessary I am possessed of for carrying on the fishery or otherwise unto the said Patten Graham Co., their Heirs, Administrators or Assigns the above room with all the buildings thereon until the tenor of this assignment. As given under my hand this thirteenth day of December one thousand eight hundred & fifteen before this witness.
