V. 17, P. 358 The foregoing is a true copy taken from the original and recorded here this tenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and sixteen done at the request of Francis Drake. By order of the Surrogate In consideration of a debt due to Patten Graham & Co. of one hundred and thirty one pounds seven shillings & nine pence. I hereby make over until said debt is paid up all my rights, title, in trust that I hold in a fishing room now in my occupancy and situated in Kelligrews on the south shore, Conception Bay with all buildings thereon consisting of a house that I live in, a stage and every necessary I am possessed of for carrying on the fishery or otherwise unto the said Patten Graham & Co., their Heirs, Administrators or Assigns the above Room with all the Buildings thereon until the tenor of this assignment as given under my hand this sixth day of December one thousand eight hundred & fifteen before these witnesses.
