In consideration of a debt due to Patten Graham & Co. of one hundred twelve pounds sixteen shillings and six pence sterling I hereby make over until said debt is paid up all my right, title and interest that I hold in a fishing Room now in my occupancy and situated in Colliers in Conception Bay with all Buildings thereon consisting of a House that I live in, a Stage, Flake and every necessary I am possessed of for carrying on the fishery or otherwise unto the said Patten Graham & Co., their Heirs, Administrators or Assigns the above Room with all the buildings thereon until the term of this agreement is as given under my hand this seventh day of November one thousand eight hundred and fifteen before these witness.
