V. 18, P. 119

This day resigned my right title and interest in my Room laying at the Main Beach of Holyrood, Conception Bay, Newfoundland unto William Danson or his assigns being by admeasurements eighty seven yards of Sea Coast East and West, bounded on the East by John Byrne, on the West by Dennis Neal, on the North East by the sea and on the SW. by the woods, for the sum of seven pounds eight shillings and seven pence sterling to me in hand paid the receipt of which I hereby acknowledge but if the above sum be paid in two years the Room is to revert to me again. Dated Holyrood, 30th November 1825

The foregoing is a true copy taken from the original instrument of writing recorded here at the instance of Richard Connell, agent to the house of Mr. Wm. Danson, Merchant, carrying on Trade there and recorded the twenty third day of December one thousand eight hundred and twenty five.
