Volume 17, page 120, 1810 Bill of Sale Maria Ferrers Donogan to John Barry

A Bill of Sale. Know all persons whom it may concern that I MARIA FERRERS DONAGAN of Carbonear for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Pounds ??? of good & lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to me by John Barry Cordwarder?? Of the same harbour, at the rate of five pounds, sterling per year & every year, I do hereby acknowledge have bargained ??? & delivered and by these presents according to the due form of law do bargain and sell and deliver unto the said JOHN BARRY a plot of ground ?? measuring one hundred & twenty five yards long & ninety seven yards wide, to have and to hold the said bargained premises ??? the said John Barry, his Executors adminstrators & Assigns for ever. And I the said Maria Ferrers Donogan for myself, my heirs ?? enters Administrators & assigns the said bargained premises unto the said John Barry his Executors Administrators & Assigns ??? all person or persons that & will warrant & defend by these presents. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eight day of October one thousand eight hundred & ten. Maria Ferrers Donogan.
