Volume 19, page 458, 1820 Property of Dr. William Donegan

Be it remembered that on the forth day of February One thousand eight hundred and twenty I the undersigned at the request of Mr William Donagan Surgeon of Harbor Grace in the District of Conception Bay in the Island of Newfoundland Did repair(?) to a Certain spot of land situate on the North side of the Harbor of Carbonear in the District aforesaid when by a measurement I found it as follows
Viz
On the South grant(?) 41 yards E&W
East side 25 yards N&S
West side 85 yards N&S
North rear(?) 41 yards E&W
Being grounded on the East by Doyle and Marshall Plantation on the West by Caleb Bartlets on the North by Barns and Winsor & on the South by the main path leading to the woods said path is on the rear of Messers George and James Kemp & Co premises, three hundred and sixty yard from High Water Mark
