Vol. 18, Page 103 Bacon Cove September 27th I do from this day give to John Colbert the Houses Land and Property both inside and outside. Given from under my hand this 27th day of September 1825. Ann (her x mark) Colbert John Colbert Witness Philip English The foregoing is a true copy taken from the original instrument of writing exhibited for enrolment on the seventh day of November 1825 thus done at the request of John Colbert this eight day of November one thousand eight hundred and twenty five being duly examined by me. By order of the surrogate Oliver St. John, Esq. Matthew Stevenson, Regr.
