V. 17, P. 266 An agreement made and concluded by and between George Butler of Gasters, Planter of the one part and Robert Anthony of Cat's Cove of the other part. Witnesseth that I George Butler do give up and Resine his Right title and Interest of his fishing room and plantation now lying and being in aforesaid Gasters together with all his cattle and other his effects as they now stands both moveable and immoveable to have and to hold from the date hereof forever without lett, Suit, hindrance or molestation from him the said George Butler and in consideration of which he the said Robert Anthony is to live one with the other and by the help of said Butler and to procure for said Butler sufficient meat drink and apparel during his life unto which agreement Each of these parties bind themselves their heirs, Executors, Administrators and Assigns by these presents. Given under our hands this twenty fifth day of March 1797. The forgoing instrument of writing is a true copy taken form the original and recorded here at the request of the within name Robert Anthony this 19th Dec. 1814
