Last Will and Testament of
Richard Cashin of Cape Broyle S.D.
Planter deceased.

      In the name of God Amen. This is the last will and Testament of me Richard Cashin of Cape Broyle. I give and bequeath to my beloved daughters Ann, Johanna and Elizabeth Cashin my dwelling house shop stable and outhouses and the ground adjoining bounded on the south east by my sons property, on the North East by land of George Grant, on the North west by land of Richard Aylward and on the southwest partly by land of my said son Michael Cashin and partly by the aforementioned shop hereby devised my said daughters to hold the said piece of land and also the said buildings and the land whereon they stand and appurtenant thereto share and share alike. And I bequeath to my four daughters Ann, Johanna, Mary and Elizabeth my interest in the land leased by me to my son Michael Cashin the said land being held by the said Michael Cashin for the term of twenty years at an annual rental of one hundred dollars and I hereby devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects unto my three daughters Ann, Johanna and Elizabeth Cashin. And I hereby appoint      executor of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Richard Cashin do hereto subscribe my hand and declare the foregoing to be my last will and testament. Dated at Cape Broyle this 11th day of April one thousand eight hundred and ninety five (sgd) Richard Cashin. Signed published and declared by the said Richard Cashin as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses (sgd) Michael Hartery. (Sgd) William Hartery (sgd) Cornelius Hartery. Executor
