          WILLIAM CASEY

This is the last will and testament of me William F Casey of St John's Butcher. After payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath as follows.

1. My house and land No 203-5 New Gower Street to my beloved wife Norah for her life, and also all household effects including business, stock in trade and all other chattels therein contained likewise for her life, and after her death the said house and the said chattels and effects shall belong to my son Gus absolutely.
2. My land and building with everything therein contained situate on the Blackmarsh Road containing about 7 acres more or less to my son Gus.
3. My land situate on Blackler Avenue St John's having a frontage of about 300 feet to my sons William and Brendan in equal shares.
4. All the residue of my estate both real and personal to my wife Norah
5. I appoint my son Gus to be sole executor of this my last will.

Dated at St John's this 9^th day of August 1930
