Will of Paul Carty In re This is my last will and testament of me Paul Carty. In the name of God Amen, I will and bequeath to my beloved daughter Isabella Carty all the property I am possessed of including the house I now live in and the amount of my Insurance Policy in the Canada Life Insurance. And I hereby appoint my said daughter sole executrix of this my will:- In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this 9th day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one (sgd) P.
