Will of William Weston Crawford Carter

Last Will and Testament of
William W. C. Carter of Brooklyn
County of Kings, U.S.A. Gentleman deceased.

      I William Weston Crawford Carter, of the city of Brooklyn, do hereby make and publish my last will and Testament as follows, I give devise and bequeath all the property and estate, real and personal of every description and wheresoever situated, of which I may die seized or possessed unto my wife Susan F. Carter, to and for her own use forever and if my wife should die, before taking possession of the property, of every description then I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary S. Carter, the property heretofore devised and bequeathed to my wife, and also make the same disposition if my wife should die leaving any of the property, hereinbefore mentioned undisposed of by a valid will.
I constitute either that may take under the conditions of this my last will, my sole executrix, hereby releasing either of them from giving any bonds or undertakings, for the faithful performance of their duties as such Executrix and do hereby revoke all other wills made by me.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of November. 1891. (Sgd) William Weston Crawford Carter (seal) Signed Sealed and published by the above named Testator as and for his last will and Testament, in our presence and in the presence of each of us, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto.
