Will of William Weston Crawford Carter Last Will and Testament of I William Weston Crawford Carter, of the city
of Brooklyn, do hereby make and publish my last will and Testament as follows,
I give devise and bequeath all the property and estate, real and personal of
every description and wheresoever situated, of which I may die seized or possessed
unto my wife Susan F. Carter, to and for her own use forever and if my wife
should die, before taking possession of the property, of every description
then I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary S. Carter, the property
heretofore devised and bequeathed to my wife, and also make the same disposition
if my wife should die leaving any of the property, hereinbefore mentioned undisposed
of by a valid will. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William W. C. Carter deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
