THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Thomas Carter of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Ship Broker, made by me on this the 18^th day of February A.D. 1928.
I hereby bequeath and will unto my wife Mary Ellen Carter all my property goods and chattels and everything I possess and appoint her executrix of this my will.
