IN RE.          DECEASED

THOMAS H. CARTER

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Thomas Carter of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Ship Broker, made by me on this the 18th day of February A.D. 1928.
I hereby bequeath and will unto my wife Mary Ellen Carter all my property goods and chattels and everything I possess and appoint her executrix of this my will.

by the testator as and for his last
will and testament in presence of us
who in his presence and in the presence
of each other hereunto subscribe our names
as witnesses.
