Will of Peter Hart Carter Last will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament
of me Peter Hart Carter of the City of Toronto in the County of York
and Province of Ontario, Railway Clerk, made this fourth day of May in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two. I revoke
all former wills or other Testamentary dispositions by me at any time
heretofore made and declare this only to be and contain my last will
and Testament. I direct all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses
to be paid and satisfied by my Executrix hereinafter named as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease. I give devise and bequeath all
my real and personal estate of which I may die possessed in the manner
following that is to say: Codicil This is a codicil to the last will and Testament of me Peter Hart Carter of the City of Toronto in the County of York Railway Clerk, made on the fourth day of May A.D. 1892. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Sidney Livingstone Lewis and to my sons Samuel Carson Carter, Joseph Simms Carter, Peter Livingstone Carter, and James Oxnard Simms Carter the sum of one dollar each and in all other respects I do confirm my said will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of June in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety six. (Sgd) P. H. Carter (LS) In presence of (sgd) E. Saunders.
