Last will and Testament of
William Carroll of St. John’s
Carpenter deceased

      This is the last will of me William Carroll of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Carpenter I give all my property to my dear wife Elizabeth Carroll and I appoint her the sole Executrix of this my will. (Sgd) William Carroll. Signed by the above named William Carroll as his last will in the presence of us being both present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. (Sgd) William his x mark Skenes. (Sgd) E. H. Davey. Dated at St. John’s this Third day of November 1899.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William Carroll deceased
