Will of Lawrence G. Carew from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 576 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Lawrence G. Carew fisherman of Witless Bay Newfoundland. I do hereby will and bequeath all my estate real and personal as hereinafter named, unto my wife Mary my house and its contents, also all saleable property except land, unto my daughter Margaret all my land, consisting of all the land around house, land and stable situated on the south west sides of road, also pieces of land situated on south west side of Gallows Cove Road, also my share of that piece of land on the North East side of Gallows Cove Road. Also that piece of forest land situated and known as Green Hill, extending from Gallows Cove Road to the property of John & Thos C. Carew also that piece of land divided by the road leading from Gallows Cove Rd to Railway extending from the property of the late Andrew Carew to that of Jeremiah Carew. Also third part of fishing property including third part of flake property, she can sell or dispose of all or any part of this property in what ever manner she wishes. And I appoint my daughter

day of August 1919, at Witless Bay Nfld.
