Will of John Carew from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 102 probate year 1927 In re THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, John Carew, of St. John's in the Colony of Newfoundland, Cabman. I hereby appoint my wife, Hannah Carew, to be sole Executrix of this my will. I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife absolutely all my property of every sort. It is my wish that the land owned by me and leased by me to Daniel Morrissey, situated at No. 15 Hayward Avenue, continue under the lease at the rate of Twenty dollars per year. I hereby revoke all other wills heretofore made by me. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto my hand set on the twenty-ninth day of March, A.D. 1927, at St. John's. JOHN CAREW.
