Will of Richard Carbery In re This is the last will and Testament of me Richard Carbery of the southside St. John’s Carpenter. I appoint my wife Mary Carberry executrix of this my will. I devise and bequeath my land and dwelling house on the southside to my wife Mary Carbery for her lifetime while she remains unmarried and after her death to my children Charlotte, May, Edward, Gilbert and William. I bequeath to my son James one hundred dollars ($100.00) to be paid him as soon as possible after my death. I bequeath to my grandson Gilbert Carberry my silver watch and chain. I bequeath all my furniture, tools and other belongings to my wife to have during her lifetime provided she remain unmarried and after her death to my children Charlotte, May, Edward, Gilbert and William - Richard Carberry - Signed and declared by me as my last will and Testament in the presence of the undersigned who in my presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed their names as witnesses this 16th day of May A.D. 1912.
