Fraser I direct that
all the money property and valuables of whatever description which I may be
possessed of or entitled to at the time of my death shall be divided equally
among my children, namely Janet Elizabeth Davidson, Ida Mary Annie Smith, William, Florence Helen and Fanny
Smith.
In as much
as the share of my daughter Janet Elizabeth Davidson was left in my hands at
the time when the interest of the children who were then under age was secured

mortgage: and in as much as she never received her share. I direct my Executors
to pay her out of my estate such a sum as will make the share she shall receive
equal to that of each of the other children, so that all may be placed on a
perfect equality.
My son Colin having already received his share
of the estate is not to participate in the foregoing distribution : and as
he is at present unable to provide for himself. I desire that as long as my
unmarried children have a home he shall share it with them : and that they
shall do all in their power to help him.
