Will of Anastatia Cain from Newfoundland will books volume 5 pages 164-165 probate year 1887 Last will and Testament of In the name of God. Amen.
I Anastatia Cain of Carbonear in the Island of Newfoundland being of good sound mind and memory do make this my last will and Testament. I bequeath and give unto my son Michael Cain one half of my dwelling house and furniture and one half of my land. The other half I give and bequeath unto my son Lawrence who is now about from Newfoundland. I also direct that my daughter ??? Cain shall enjoy the rights use and privilege of possession of the portion I have bequeathed unto my son Lawrence Cain until such time as arrives in Newfoundland when the use rights, use and privileges shall be given up unto him. I hereby nominate constitute and appoint Thomas Fitzpatrick to be my executor to see that my last will and Testament put into execution
In witness whereof I have this seventeenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and seventy set my hand.
