      This is the last will and Testament of me Sarah Mary Cahil of Newtown Saint John’s Newfoundland widow. I give devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal to my daughter Fanny for her sole use and benefit and I appoint her Executrix of this my will    I declare the foregoing to be my last will and Testament Dated at Saint John’s aforesaid this twenty fifth day of March A.D. one thousand nine hundred and twelve    Sarah Mary her x mark Cahil Signed Published and declared by the said testatrix in our presence who in her presence and at her request have signed as witnesses (the same having been first read over and explained    William H. Horwood Elizabeth her x mark Bulger    Arthur O.Neil
