Will of Michael Byrne from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 460 probate year 1890 Last will and Testament In the name of God Amen. I Michael Byrne of sound body and mind make this my last will and testimony I leave and will unto my I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Louisa Byrne all the eastern part of the dwelling house and the eastern part of the ground containing three lots of land. The upper part or upstairs I leave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Byrne and twenty five feet of land adjoining and bounded by land to the westward of Mrs. Daniel's ground,
I leave and bequeath to my son Richard Byrne the western part of said dwelling house at present unfinished together with twenty five feet of land both eastward of James Hynes land and stone wall. My personal estate I leave and bequeath to the said Louisa Byrne one bible and all the household effects and furniture I leave and bequeath to my daughter Louisa Byrne three tenement houses occupied at present by Parsons Rose and Thomas to my son Richard Byrne I leave and bequeath the house occupied by Connelly, to my daughter Margaret Byrne I leave and bequeath now at present occupied by himself and I do hereby appoint William Hayes to be my sole executor Michael Byrne. In witness whereof to this will in the presence of each other this twenty fourth day of November 1888 Jas. H. Henderson Wm his x mark Hayes. Witness his mark Jas. H. Henderson.
