Will of Joseph M. Butler from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 193 probate year 1928 In re This is the last will and testament of me Joseph M. Butler. I give to my sister
Lavinia Greening two hundred dollars, to my brother John
Butler residing in
Boston one hundred dollars to my niece Ida Morgan of Port de Grave one hundred
dollars to my nephew Joseph Boyd Butler my roller top desk. All the rest residue
and remainder of my estate I give devise and bequeath to my niece Lawra
Greening and I appoint her sole executrix of this my last will and
testament. I order and direct my executrix that she shall deposit with the
Eastern Trust Company the sum of three hundred dollars in trust for the maintenance
and upkeep of my father and mothers graves in Port de Grave and my own and
my wifes in St. John's
