Will of Jacob Bussey Senior from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 214 probate year 1928 In re This is the last will and testament of me, Jacob Bussey of St. Leonards in the district of St. Barbe, Fisherman. I give and bequeath all Property situated at St. Leonards House and furniture stages and stores boats etc. to my two sons Garland B. Bussey and Jacob Bussey absolutely to be shared equally between them, also I have moneys in the Royal Bank Canada Bank of Nova Scotia Bank of Montreal, and Saving Bank of Newfoundland which is to be shared equally between my seven children, George Bussey, Ida Fry (nee Bussey) Hayward Bussey, Ettie Smith nee Bussey, Garland B. Bussey, Jacob Bussey Bussey Jr Edna Bussey. And I appoint my two sons Garland Bussey & Jacob Bussey sole executors of this my will and declare this writing to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I set my hand this 19th day of December in the year of our Lord 1924.
Signed by the said Jacob Bussey the testator in our presence, who, in his presence
and in the presence of each other, at the same time subscribed our names as
