Will of Thomas Burton from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 617-618 probate year 1892 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of Thomas Burton at present of the staff of the Anglo American Telegraph Company Limited at St. Pierre - Miquelon. I hereby give devise and bequeath to my wife Amelia Ann Burton her heirs executors administrators and assign, for her and their own use and benefit, absolutely and forever; all my estate and effects, both real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and quality soever; and I hereby appoint her, the said Amelia Ann Burton sole executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of October one thousand eight hundred and ninety one Thomas Burton (L.S.) Signed by the said Thomas Burton in the presence of us present at the same time, who in his presence, and in the presence of each other attest and subscribe our names as witnesses ?????
