Will of James Kelly Burke In re This is the last will and testament of me James K. Burke of St. John’s Bailiff of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland. I give devise and bequeath all the property of every description of which I may die possessed of to my wife Julia. And I appoint my said wife Executrix of this my will- Dated at St. John’s this 22nd day of April A.D. 1911. James K. His X mark Burke Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses The same having been first read over and explained John J. Murphy George T. Carty Correct, (Listed in the margin of this will)
